WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, in a ceremony conducted before the exalted statue of civil rights leader Rosa Parks, Congresswoman Analilia Mejia (NJ-11) was sworn in as a new member of the Congressional Black Caucus by Chairwoman Yvette D.
